kali ini tulisan saya akan sedikit berbau ilmiah *setdahh gw paling gag suka sebenernya.hahaha


Berhubung semester ini saya mengambil beberapa mata kuliah yang mengharuskan saya menulis. jadi saya memanfaatkan blog ini untuk melatih passion saya dalam menulis.
kali ini saya akan membahas tentang bagian dari mata kuliah Komunikasi Bisnis dan Teknis atau yang biasa disingkat dengan KOMBISTEK. minggu ini materi kuliah yang saya ikuti membahas tentang MESSAGES termasuk didalamnya positive message, negative message and Persuasive message! saya akan coba membahas satu persatu dari bagian pesan yang saya telah paparkan diatas.
1. POSITIVE MESSAGE
• Asking for Information

– Why are you asking
– Why should I answer?
• Routine requests
– State your request up front.
• Soften your tone: please.
– Explain and justify your
request
• Identify the information
you need
• Most important one
should come first.
– Request for action
2. NEGATIVE MESSAGE
• Writing Negative Message Hints:
– Open with a buffer
– Provide your reasons
• Why is this negative?
– State the negative news
– Close positively
3.PERSUASIVE MESSAGE
Writing Persuasive Message Hints: A-I-D-A Approach
– Attention
• Make sure they want to hear your main idea
• Be positive and confident
– Interest
• Why is your message relevant to your reader
– Desire
• Will this change benefit them?
• Answer questions in advance
– Action
• What do you want them to do
• Make sure its easy!
